Sweet and salty Popcorn
You'll need:
2 tsp coconut oil
1 cup popping corn
Granola/nuts mixture
Maple syrup

1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan with a tight fitting lid. Add the corn in an even layer, cover with the lid and heat until the corn starts to pop. Shake the pan occasionally and continue to cook until there is no sound of popping.

2. Transfer the popcorn into a bowl and mix in granola/nut mixture. Pour over enough maple syrup to lightly coat popcorn mixture.

Simple. Easy. Yum! Store in an airtight container and enjoy!

Celebrate the weekend . celebrate the Superbowl . just celebrate! XO
